Non-Discrimination Funding Policy

Adopted August 2001

In August 2001, the United Way of Thurston County Board of Directors adopted a new funding policy stating that for agencies to receive future program funding they must sign a non-discrimination agreement to provide targeted services open to all without regard to age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, national origin, religious affiliation or presence of a disability. This policy affects funding from the Community Care Fund only (UWTC's general fund.)
