United Way's Board of Directors is excited to host a unique event called “Straight from the Heart.” It’s a winemaker’s dinner, pairing exceptional cuisine with the best local wines. The event will happen again at the Event Center at Lucky Eagle Casino in January 2014.

The highlight of the evening is a presentation by gifted chefs, as they show the audience how to prepare the meal they are being served, and wine connoisseurs present the audience with expertly paired wines from the Pacific Northwest.

Before the meal is served, guests have the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of fantastic silent auction items. Later in the evening, guests may also participate in a dramatic and festive live auction.
