Back to School Bash Brings Crowds

Our Back to School Bash in Rochester was a free evening full of fun for our preschool thru 5th grade students and their families. We had over 550 people in attendance who enjoyed games, free food, crafts and the Reptile Man Show. There was amazing support from volunteers, community partners and staff members. We had over a dozen community agencies including Timberland Regional Library, South Sound Reading Foundation, Family Education & Support Services, Sea Mar, Molina, CIELO, United Way of Thurston County, ROOF, Thurston County Sheriff’s Office that attended and provided fun interactive games, information and free resources for the whole family. Some examples of the games and free resources that were provided were a fishing game, tile art, healthy eating game, tossing game, free books, free backpacks, IRIS cards. We are very thankful to everyone that were a part of this event and for helping make a lasting impact on the families of Rochester.0
