Legacy Giving

Recently United Way of Thurston County received a generous gift from the estate of a Thurston County resident.  This heartfelt gesture was a reminder that even after we are gone, our legacy can continue for years to come.

In order to ensure that the needs of our community will be met well into the future, United Way has established a planned giving program. Through this program, investors can give lasting gifts to can plan donations that will continue to help those in need. Planned gifts are made in the form of assets rather than income. Whether through a gift of stock, bequest, life insurance policy, or a trust, donors can contribute to United Way’s Endowment Fund, which will enable us to create an ever increasing impact in our community.

If you or your family are considering a gift in your will, please consider the following options to help us fight for the health, education and financial stability of everyone in our community.
