If you've received an email from anyone at United Way of Thurston County (UWTC) recently, you'll notice seven logos displayed beneath our own. These organizations are UWTC's Cornerstone Partners.

Cornerstone Partners are central to our success, providing foundational support for our organization, as well as important leadership on our board and other committees, insight on community issues, thousands of volunteers who take a hands-on role in getting things done, and the financial resources to make progress on health, education, and financial stability in Thurston County.

It's the reason UWTC launched our Cornerstone Partners program three years ago, connecting with corporate supporters, individuals, and organizations throughout the community.

With a $10K annual commitment to United Way for a three-year period, our Cornerstone Partners commit to a long-term relationship with United Way. This relationship provides our Cornerstone Partners with exposure on all of United Way's marketing materials -- in addition to significant visibility, with verbal acknowledgment and signage, at all United Way organizational events.

There are currently 7 Cornerstone Partners supporting United Way of Thurston County: WSECU, Olympia Federal Savings, The Boeing Co., TwinStar Credit Union, Townsend Security, Heritage Bank and Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel.

The United Way of Thurston County Board of Trustees includes several representatives of Cornerstone Partners. An additional benefit of becoming a Cornerstone Partner is inviting Cornerstone team members to attend United Way events.

Our Cornerstone Partners are among our most engaged supporters; they participate in the community at Day of Caring and other United Way volunteer opportunities, and they are active and engaged in helping us achieve our goals in Thurston County.

Cornerstone Partners work every day to deliver the highest service to our community. We thank them for their dedication to helping us achieve our mission of fighting for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our community.
