Community Care Fund
Make a contribution to the Community Care Fund which supports 44 local nonprofit programs in Thurston County. When you donate United Way’s local Community Care Fund, your donation enjoys the added benefit of oversight by dedicated volunteers and staff who work year-round to assess community needs, respond to the greatest impact and monitor and measure results.
Leadership Giving Circle
With your leadership gift of $1,000 or more annually and you will become a member of the Leadership Giving Circle. Leadership Giving Circle members enjoy invitations to United Way events, e-newsletters, acknowledgements via our donor wall and website, and special invitations to tours of our funded agencies as well as our Leadership Donor Reception.

Women’s Leadership Council
Join the Women's Leadership Council (WLC), a networking and grant-making group of women, whose goal is to help women and girls acquire the life-long skills needed to support themselves and their families. The WLC has several membership levels, all membership levels may be paid monthly, quarterly, annually or through payroll deduction.
Sustaining Member: $1,000 per year
Participating Member: $500 per year
Student: $100 per year for full time students.

Endowment Fund
Support United Way's Endowment Fund. Housed at The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound to support our mission and provide long-term sustainable funding to meet the needs of our community’s children, youth, families and seniors. In addition to United Way’s Endowment Fund, we offer the Pam Toal Leadership Fund to honor the past executive leadership of Pam Toal. Pam lead United Way from 2001-09, refocusing our direction toward a greater community impact and ensuring positive outcomes with our grant funding.
Planned and Legacy Giving
Planned giving with United Way of Thurston County is a great way to preserve your values, inspire others around you to give, and forever leave your mark on a community that has been such a big part of your life. Your planned gift will help ensure that your children, their children, and your family will live in a vibrant healthy community for years to come. United Way of Thurston County friends who make planned gifts are honored and recognized annually and in perpetuity for their thoughtful, long-lasting gifts.
By combining philanthropy with financial planning, you may be able to give more than you ever thought possible while taking advantage of tax savings and meeting your financial goals. Your gift can be accomplished in a number of ways:
• Give an outright gift of cash or stock.
• Make a gift through your will or charitable trust.
• Donate a new or existing life insurance policy.
• Name United Way a beneficiary of a retirement account.
