COVID-19 Response & Recovery Volunteer
United Way of Thurston County will be working to identify the needs of our community and will be communicating volunteer opportunities to those interested in making a difference. People interested in volunteering can sign up to be added to the COVID-19 Volunteer contact list to be notified when volunteer opportunities become available.
Volunteers United: Become a United Way Volunteer
If you are interested in volunteering or organizing a volunteer opportunity for your group, please submit United Way of Thurston County's Volunteer Request Form to get connected to our efforts to mobilize the caring power of our community to fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community.
AmeriCorps Seniors Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is a volunteer program for people 55 and over. Use the skills and talents you’ve learned over the years or develop new ones while serving your community.
Day of Caring
Day of Caring is the single largest day of volunteerism in the county. Join your neighbors as they come together to dedicate time to hands-on projects that help make our community a better place.
Greater South Sound AmeriCorps VISTA
AmeriCorps VISTA members serve as catalysts for change, working to advance local solutions to alleviate poverty in our community. Our program offers year-long opportunities throughout our Greater South Sound region through AmeriCorps VISTA and summer opportunities through AmeriCorps VISTA's Summer Associate program.
