If you've received an email from anyone at United Way of Thurston County (UWTC) recently, you may have noticed logos displayed beneath our own. These logos represent UWTC's Cornerstone Partners.
Cornerstone Partners are central to our success. They provide foundational support, leadership on our board and committees, insights on community issues, hands-on volunteer work, and the financial resources necessary to make progress in health, education, and financial stability in Thurston County.
We launched our Cornerstone Partners program to connect with corporate supporters, individuals, and organizations throughout the community. By committing $10K annually for three years, our Cornerstone Partners engage in a long-term relationship with UWTC. This partnership offers them exposure on all United Way marketing materials, along with significant visibility and acknowledgment at our events.
Currently, seven Cornerstone Partners support United Way of Thurston County: TwinStar Credit Union, Navigate Financial, Olympia Federal Savings, Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU), Olympia Master Builders Foundation, Puget Sound Energy, and Heritage Bank.
Several representatives from our Cornerstone Partners serve on the United Way of Thurston County Board of Trustees. Additionally, Cornerstone Partners can invite their team members to attend United Way events, enhancing their engagement with our community.
Our Cornerstone Partners are among our most engaged supporters. They actively participate in the community, especially during events like Day of Caring and other volunteer opportunities. Their involvement is crucial in helping us achieve our goals in Thurston County.
We are deeply grateful for their dedication and their efforts in fighting for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community.
